It is with great pleasure that I am writing a review for Alana Lindsay.
As a first time home buyer, I was not sure what the process was and how to go about purchasing an apartment in NYC. Thankfully, Alana made it all very easy.
She always had an answer for my questions and would follow-up with documentation to make sure I understood.Her communication skills were excellent, she would always text, email or call me, even on weekends. She was more than my realtor, she was a friend.
Her eagerness to make sure I understood the process, procedures, documents and the real estate verbiage were impressive and did not go unnoticed.
The fact that we were trying to close during the pandemic only made the process longer and much more challenging but she was there with me every step of the way.
During our last walk through of the apartment which was the night before the closing, there were a few items that were not properly installed. She informed the seller that evening and followed-up with him the next morning, everything was fixed by the time I arrived at the closing, late morning.
Alana was not able to be with me during closing because NYC is in Phase 2 and only the buyers,sellers and respective attorneys are allowed but, she texted me during closing to make sure everything was going smoothly.She was the first person I texted when I walked out of the office and she immediately called me.
I only have wonderful things to say about Alana and the experience I had during my buying process.Alana is an asset to the real estate community and an absolute pleasure to work with.
It was a great joy to work with Alana these last couple of months and I recommend her without any reservations.
